Company History

More than eighteen years ago, Brett Buckwald and Al Rosenblum started their careers as executive search specialists in the voice and data communications industry. After much success, Brett and Al decided to start their own firm in New York City. In 1989, The Worth Group was founded. The Worth Group has now grown into a nationwide search firm. Our corporate office is located in Atlanta, GA. We continue to maintain our presence in New York and have since opened additional offices in New Jersey and Florida. The Worth Group continues to grow, as does this dynamic and ever changing industry.
